What Does Time Out For Sports Do?
Time Out For Sports, Inc. began as a small, family-owned business in 1983 and has grown to become the largest screen printing and embroidery facility in Maryland.

With our creative in-house art department and state of the art production equipment and a showcase team sales room, we have what it takes to provide a professional image for your event or organization.

- Ready to print files are DTS or EMB.
- The document is read by sewing machine
-Sewing machine sews
-Garment is trimmed for excessive material
Heat Seal
- Process starts with SEP Ai File.
- Machine prints design on vinyl
- The vinyl is cut
- Unused material is pealed off
- pressed and heat onto the garment
Screen Printing
- Process starts with SEP Ai File.
- Emulsion gel is spread over both sides of a mesh screen.
- Design is printed on transparency sheet and shot on the emulsion screen.
- The screen with the design is placed on to the garment.
- The screen with the design is placed on to the garment.
- Paint is squeegeed through the mesh design on the garment.
